Leonie joined Resource Media in 2002, after studying philosophy at the University of Bristol. She spread her wings for few years, leaving Resource to work as a subeditor on business and travel magazines, before returning to the world of waste and resources.
She is now Managing Editor of the Local Authority Recycling Advisory Committee’s (LARAC) membership magazine, the Loop, as well as working across Resource magazine and the Association for Organics Recycling’s Organics Recycling Magazine.
With over 15 years’ experience in publishing, Leonie is involved with all sides of content production – from writing to subediting to design.
In fact, Leonie wears many hats at Resource Media – managing to fit a bowler over her green eyeshade – and she is currently completing her Association of Accounting Technician’s qualifications to head up the finance side of the company.
